ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Manager with Baille T Barbour State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Manage customer claims
- Take payments and answer billing questions
- Assist with assorted office tasks, such as ordering supplies, booking appointments, paying bills, managing paperwork, etc.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain an accurate customer database.
- Review coverage with customers and process requested changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Ability to become licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and other required licenses and certifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
