"I’m not happy with this agency. They rush you along not focusing on your individual needs as a customer. I was underinsured for my auto insurance due to their negligence. There are plenty of good agents in northern Colorado. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY."

"Terrible agency, they gave me the wrong coverage which cost me thousands of dollars. Go somewhere else within SF brand for your insurance needs"

"I've thought really hard for months about this review. I signed on and agreed to $150/mo and they raised me to $190/mo for "calculated risks" when I'd made ZERO claims. Then, when I needed to make the FIRST claim in my ENTIRE LIFE, they refused to help me and told me I had to do it myself. Girls. You make a commission off of our premium payments, the least you can do is YOUR JOB. That's why I switched agents. I hope this answers any questions you had for me ladies. PS state farm actually took great care of me when I was forced to call corporate, because Baille's girls wouldn't."

"Alissa, I am incredibly sorry that you had a bad claims experience with my agency. That is something I take to heart because a claim is when you need us most. Since your policy is no longer in my office, I can't see why your premiums would have changed. Sometimes, when we write a new policy and submit it to our underwriters, our underwriters see things that impact your insurance rates that we can't see on our end. I know that explanation doesn't make things feel any better, but I'm guessing that's what happened. If you ask your current agent, they might be able to give you a more detailed explanation. As far as the claim goes, to protect your privacy I won't get into details, but I chatted with Kayla and Lacie to understand what happened as I know you spoke with both of them a number of times. Lacie was the last person to speak with you from my office. She said that your last conversation seemed to end on a positive note. She said that the two of you talked about next steps, and you understood and said you'd reach back out if you needed any more help. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding on our end about the tone of the call or your general feelings about the claim, that was our mistake and I own that. I know this doesn't change anything for you now, but I want you to know that if anyone on my team felt they weren't able to help you with your claim, they would have involved me immediately. I can't always solve every issue, but I'll be darned if I won't put my all into it. I genuinely, genuinely believe that it is our duty to help you as much as we possibly can with things we can control on our end. I really am sorry that you felt let down by us. I don't want that for anyone. I am glad claims was ultimately able to get you taken care of, and I apologize that we weren't part of that solution and resolution. With sincere apologies, Baille"

"I have known Baille for years and haven’t been able to use her for insurance. But today we got it done! I worked with Kayla for the last 6 weeks. We have a number of policies that just took me awhile to read through and make decisions. I had a million questions and Kayla answered all of them without ever seeming annoyed. I felt like she truly enjoyed answering my questions. Baille stepped in on a weird roof question and helped us solve it. It felt like a team effort! "When I signed up I told Baille and her team that it’s important to me that I don’t have any large surprise bills even if it cost me more monthly. After the hail last year, my hoa charged everyone $8k to replace our roofs and many had to pay that out of pocket, but because I have fantastic coverage, it just cost me my $500 deductible. Exactly what I wanted. And my monthly bill is very affordable. They are so friendly, and service is always fast. I’m very happy and highly recommend Baille, Kim, Dale and team."

"UPDATE (8 years from my first review): Still the best insurance agency in the area. When I was dealing with insurance claims from the hail storm Baille’s staff were amazing helping me get the checks reissued as I misplaced them. Nobody likes dealing with insurance, Baille and her team aren’t in it to make a buck, they truly want to help you and it shows. No need to look further, these are the best people in the industry. with. FIRST REVIEW: After meeting with Baille my view on the insurance world has changed. I never understood insurance and just did whatever the agent on the phone said to do which wasn't the best idea. After meeting with Baille she was able to give me WAY better coverage on my wife's vehicle as well as mine and for a great price. We ended up moving our home owners insurance to State Farm simply because Baille and her team was so helpful. This is why you need a personal agent, makes it a seamless experience."
